Lunch & Learn: Work as Imagined vs Work as Done

That was the challenge we tackled in this Lunch & Learn, where our Founder, Steve McCord, explored how to close the gap between work as imagined (WAI) and work as done (WAD).

During the session, Steve also covered:

• How to write at the right level of detail to close that gap.
• What steps to take when you discover a procedure doesn’t match real-world conditions.

The big takeaway was that procedures aren’t just written well–they should work well in the real world. When they do, safety, efficiency, and compliance become second nature.
