Managing Member

Darlene McCord became Managing Member in 2013. Darlene has served as Vice President Business Services of the company since May 2008. Prior to that, she was employed in the nuclear industry for 16 years with Constellation Energy where her most recent position was Project Manager for technical procedure upgrade and administrative procedure group. She has lead and participated on several industry teams developing human factored writer guide, procedure process description and work instruction standards and continues her involvement in these areas. She provides consulting services for procedure process and program mapping and is an instructor for human factored procedure writer courses.

Stephen McCord

Stephen McCord

Founder/Chairman of the Board

Stephen McCord became Chairman of the Board in 2013. He founded Procedure Solutions Management, LLC in May 2008. With over 30 years’ experience with the operation and maintenance of US Naval steam plants, commercial nuclear plants, and industrial facilities. Steve acted as project manager or participant on several electric industry initiatives sponsored by agencies such as Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) that has transformed the industry in the development of human factored procedure and work instruction program standards such as Procedure Change Process, Procedure and Work Instruction Writer’s Manual, and Procedure and Work Instruction Use and Adherence. In addition, he has chaired industry groups, lead and participated on numerous Industry procedure and operational assessments, and benchmark activities, addressed industry associations, and provided training and workshops across the US, Canada, and Europe. Primarily focus has been on the development, implementation and training on various programs and processes designed to improve human performance resulting in greater performance consistency, sustainable regulatory compliance and cost reductions.

Director, Business Services

James Bennett became Business Director in 2014. He began working for Procedure Solutions Management as a Business Analyst in August 2012. With nearly 10 years of experience working in the technical and entertainment industries his primary areas of focus was on training and support while also specializing in the development of social media strategies and authoring of software manuals.

Previous employers include: Apple Inc., TheBrain Technologies, and Hum Music. In addition to the experience he gained from these companies, he also owned and operated his own business, GreenLine Music and Sound, providing independent technical consulting to several high profile entertainment industry individuals and companies.

Jennifer Smith

Jennifer Smith

Senior Procedure Program Analyst

Jennifer Smith is a Senior Procedure Program Analyst that has worked for Procedure Solutions Management, LLC since May 2012. She is a subject matter expert on procedure program processes. Jennifer works closely with clients to analyze, design, and implement document programs, provide consulting services for developing and enhancing human factored writer’s guides, procedure process descriptions, as well as template development and support. She also serves as a Project Manager for technical and admin procedure upgrades and oversees other technical writers providing quality control on work product.

Prior to joining Procedure Solutions Management LLC, Jennifer was employed at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, (PG&E) as a Compliance Consultant leading the new enterprise-wide infrastructure for guidance documents (excluding Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant).

Stephanie Dodson

Stephanie Dodson

Procedure Program Analyst

Stephanie Dodson became a Procedure Program Analyst with Procedure Solutions Management in 2015. She has a background in physics, materials science, and engineering, and she recently received her doctorate in physics. She has previously worked for The Boeing Company and the Department of Defense, where she developed strong technical, scientific, and formal writing skills. As a Procedure Program Analyst, her responsibilities include technical writing, human factored writing training, and template development and support.

Christina Bennett

Christina Bennett

Payroll Specialist

Christina Bennett became a Payroll Specialist with Procedure Solutions Management in 2012. As a Payroll Specialist, she is responsible for administering all aspects of the semi-monthly payroll process and reconciling payments. She also assists with various accounting functions, such as invoicing.

Prior to joining PSM, Christina worked in animal science. She received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Biotechnology and Conservation. Her previous employers include Bob Dunn’s Animal Services and the Wildlife Learning Center.

Catherine Bogese

Talent and Operations Manager

Catherine Bogese joined Procedure Solutions Management in October 2013. As the Talent and Operations Manager, she is responsible for supporting the staffing division of PSM by contacting potential candidates to determine suitability and availability for positions, assisting in developing processes and work methods to efficiently execute recruiting strategies, and recommending and developing new opportunities for expanding the company’s brand.

Prior to joining PSM, Catherine served as a Recruiting Manager for a staffing firm that was focused on providing supplemental staffing and permanent placement support for clients within the Fossil Generation, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Transmission & Distribution markets. In that role, she was responsible for supporting Business Development efforts by coordinating and supervising a team of four Recruiters, as well as, providing training and human resources support.

Jeff Sieracki

Jeff Sieracki

Business Development

Jeff Sieracki joined Procedure Solutions Management as a Business Development Specialist in 2016.

Jeff Sieracki brings 20 years of staffing experience, supporting business development activities, and recruiting strategies, to various heavy industrial process manufacturing sectors, including related engineering, procurement, and construction firms, and all technical related disciplines. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales strategies in fostering and supporting a national client base.

Julie Minc

Recruiter

Julie Minc joined Procedure Solutions Management as a Recruiter in 2017. Julie is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates that fit the demanding technical and professional needs and objectives of PSM clients. She utilizes the latest technology and recruiting techniques to manage a diverse pipeline of technical professionals and assists in developing processes and work methods to efficiently execute recruiting strategies.

Prior to Joining PSM, Julie served as the Sr. Recruiter and Account Manager for a staffing firm that was focused on Engineering Services within the Life Sciences, Energy, and other regulated industries. Julie has four years of experience in serving these markets through the execution of staffing initiatives in project delivery consulting and direct placement support.
