Darlene McCord
Darlene McCord has been with Procedure Solutions Management since it was founded in 2008 and stepped into the role of Managing Member in 2013. Before that, she spent 16 years in the nuclear industry with Constellation Energy, where she led technical and administrative procedure upgrades as Project Manager.
Over the years, Darlene has worked with several industry teams to help develop human-factored writer guides, procedure process descriptions, and work instruction standards. She remains active in shaping these best practices across the industry. Her expertise includes consulting on procedure processes, program mapping, and implementation strategies.
She is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member who helps workers at all levels lead through procedures that reduce errors and drive consistency throughout their organization.

Stephen McCord
Stephen McCord founded Procedure Solutions Management in May 2008, bringing over 30 years of experience operating and maintaining US Naval steam plants, commercial nuclear plants, and industrial facilities.
Over the years, he’s helped lead major industry initiatives sponsored by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), and Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) -- shaping standards for how procedures and work instructions are used. Steve has played a key role in developing human-factored tools like the Procedure Change Process and the Procedure and Work Instruction Writer’s Manual that many companies rely on today.
He has worked around the world to deliver training, chair industry groups, and lead assessments across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the UAE--just to name a few. He is a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, encouraging everyone to lead beyond their title and create a culture of positivity that propels their organization.

Jennifer Smith
Jennifer Smith has been with Procedure Solutions Management since 2012, bringing extensive knowledge of procedure programs and knowledge-based performance solutions. She partners closely with clients to design and implement document programs, develop human-factored writer’s guides, and create effective templates and procedure process descriptions.
As the Operations Director, Jennifer leads technical and administrative procedure upgrades and provides quality oversight for other writers’ work. She’s known for her hands-on approach and commitment to delivering clear, usable documentation.
Before joining PSM, Jennifer worked as a compliance consultant at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), where she led the rollout of a new enterprise-wide guidance document system. As a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, Jennifer is passionate about building leadership cultures where procedures are not just efficient and safe but truly serve the people who rely on them.

Christina Bennett
Christina Bennett first joined Procedure Solutions Management in 2012 as a payroll specialist. After taking some time in 2019 to explore new professional development opportunities, she returned in 2021, bringing even more experience in management and HR to the team.
Now, as Administrative Director, Christina focuses on building and supporting a strong remote team while overseeing overall team performance, managing resources, setting company goals, and streamlining day-to-day operations. She leads the company’s HR efforts by blending modern practices with proven strategies to support a positive and productive workplace. As a John Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, she focuses on building leadership at every level to drive success across the organization.
Her career has included roles at Walt Disney World, Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, and Bob Dunn’s Animal Services, all of which have shaped her thoughtful, people-first style leadership.

Sarah Pickett
Sarah Pickett joined Procedure Solutions Management in September 2021 as a Marketing Specialist. She leads efforts to expand the company’s global reach, strengthen its brand, and manage all communications and digital presence.
Sarah also helps coordinate PSM’s procedure writing courses and Lunch & Learn webinars. She brings creativity and a strategic mindset to her role, using small business marketing tactics and exploring new ways to help the company grow.
Before joining PSM, Sarah held marketing and communications roles at Wayne State University and Walt Disney World. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communication Studies from Wayne State University.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops with her husband, reading, and getting into her new favorite hobby—running!

Rebecca Ventrella
Rebecca Ventrella joined Procedure Solutions Management in 2017 as a PPA Certified Technical Writer before transitioning to her current role as Procedure Program Analyst in 2024. She specializes in reviewing, assessing, editing, and creating technical and administrative procedures, while also supporting the Operations Director with project management.
With over 20 years of experience, Rebecca has held technical and leadership roles at NextEra Energy, Florida Power & Light, and Exelon Corporation, and served as a Reactor Operator in the U.S. Navy. She brings a sharp eye for detail, a process-driven mindset, and a strong background in organizational effectiveness. She is a John Maxwell Certified Team Member, using this certification to create leadership-driven cultures with procedures that are safe, efficient, and people-focused.
Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Project Management, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology.

Charles Schronick
Charles Schronick joined Procedure Solutions Management in November 2023 as a Technical Procedure Writer before becoming a Management Consultant in April 2025. He brings over 30 years of experience from the U.S. Navy and the commercial nuclear industry, where he served as a reactor operator, instructor, and supervisor.
Charles supports PSM’s procedure writing courses by using a systemic approach to training. He uses his experience as a John Maxwell Certified Team Leader to take a thoughtful, hands-on approach to help all workers see themselves as leaders who can craft procedures that reduce errors across their organization. He also works closely with the technical writing team to review human-factored procedures for clarity, safety, and performance.
Before joining PSM, Charles trained licensed control room operators in the UAE. He held several leadership roles at a major U.S. nuclear utility, including serving as Senior Reactor Operator and Simulator Supervisor. He has a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Regents College and is a licensed private pilot who enjoys camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
